At the heart of Skilly Up is the person.
Real progress happens when support is built around the person. We work alongside each participant, and the people who matter to them, to understand their goals, their barriers, and what it takes to move forward. We offer 1:1 sessions plus group sessions, delivered in-home and in the community, so skills are built where real life, work and life actually happen.
Service one
Positive Behaviour Support
Building positive behaviours that open the door to employment and community participation. Behaviour support isn't about managing a person, it's about understanding what a behaviour is communicating and building the skills that make it unnecessary.
Service two
Employment Support
Building the skills, confidence and readiness to find and keep meaningful work. All our employment coordinators are fully trained, and we offer 1:1 sessions plus group sessions in-home and in the community, for real life, work and life skills. We start with what a person is good at and what they actually want, then work backwards to the steps that get them there, including school leaver transition planning and SLES funded supports.
Employment support provider comparison
Questions and answers. These are the questions the NDIS suggests you ask an employment support provider, based on the NDIS Employment support provider comparison worksheet, and our honest answers to each one.

Better together
Some participants are ready to move straight into employment. Others need to build confidence and work through behavioural barriers first. Many benefit from both running side by side, with the same team sharing the same plan. That's the part most providers can't do, and it's the reason progress sticks.
Support that fits the plan.
