What we deliver

Two supports, one connected team.

The Skilly Up Difference

Every participant's journey is different. Some are ready to move straight into employment, and we help them get there. Others need to build confidence and work through behavioural barriers first, like anxiety, withdrawal or social skills, and we work on those through behaviour support and counselling. Many benefit from both running together. We meet each participant where they are and build a pathway that makes sense for them. One team, one plan, wherever they're starting from.

How your journey starts

From first call to goals in motion.

We offer 1:1 sessions plus group sessions, and all our employment coordinators are fully trained. Support is delivered in-home and in the community, building real life, work and life skills for capacity building.

I tried company after company before finding Skilly Up. Danielle was kind and really understood my needs, getting me out of my comfort zone with role plays. Then Courtney helped me with resumes and cover letters, which I never knew much about. When I finished my program I started seeing Lynda, and I still see her three years on. I could not ask for a better program.

The Skilly Up program gave me structured learning and real community experience. Chalyse and Sam were fantastic, always encouraging and flexible with my schedule. They helped me shift to job searching, and with their support I got employment at Woolworths. Sam even helped me prepare for my first day and kept checking in after I started. I am thankful for the role Skilly Up played in helping me achieve employment.

As a support coordinator, I have been really impressed with Skilly Up. Communication has been prompt and clear from the start, making onboarding smooth and easy to follow. The detailed progress reports are a standout; the comprehensiveness makes a huge difference in feeling informed and confident about the support being provided.

We were referred to some of the bigger providers but were left underwhelmed by long wait times and limited engagement. Skilly Up stood out as vibrant and genuinely person-centred. My child has grown in confidence, developed clear goals, and become more willing to try new things. The team truly listens and supports not just employment, but life skills for independence. Choosing Skilly Up was one of the best decisions we have made.
